A 4.5 hr workshop on portraiture basics.

Learn different techniques to draw and paint the face.
The morning will cover face structure, shapes, value, composition, drawing from life and from a reference, and a couple of different techniques to construct the face on paper or canvas.
The afternoon will cover painting a face onto canvas with a limited colour palette using acrylic paints.
6 places available. Paid bookings are essential to secure your place. Bookings close 3 days before date of workshop.
What to bring:
Yourself and comfy clothes you don’t mind getting messy (just in case)
A light lunch if you like or have specific dietary requirements
An open mind and a notepad if you would like to take note
All materials, light snacks and coffee/tea provided in a comfortable home setting. Your work is yours to take home and show off your new skills!
